              History: 
              Paz 
              y Puente began as a solo artist with Wea and recorded uina duet 
              called Fermatta, recorded and released in '93. He worked with Warner's 
              roster in Marketing capacity from 96 to 99 and as a A&R consultant 
              from 99 to 2001. He served as production manager for Luis Miguel's 
              '95/'96 world tour and was also the drummer and musical director 
              for artists: Camilo Sesto, Rocio Durcal and Pandora.  
              JC produced the first two Francisco Cespedes albums, the first one 
              which sold more than 1 million worldwide.

              Carlos Paz y Puente Bustamante is the co-founder and President of 
              Academia de 
              Musica Fermatta in Mexico City which offers a 5 year program 
              on contemporary and popular music. The school is a member of the 
              prestigious Berklee international Network (there are only 12 schools 
              around the world that have this distinction). 
             
               
            JC 
              is working on his second solo album. Additionally Paz y Puente is 
              the general manager and co-founder of M&L Music, a record label 
              & publishing company. Paz y Puente has worked with Warner Music 
              Mexico in various capacities over the past six years, including 
              A&R, consulting and producing. As director of Marketing with 
              Warner Mexico he was responsible for art direction & design 
              conceptualization for artist like: El Tri, La Ley, Mana, Francisco 
              Cespedes, Cafe Tacuba, Edith Marquez, Ricardo Montaner, Fernando 
              Osorio, Alvaro Abitia and others. He recently was in LA working 
              with newly signed young Latin singer Manuel Romero on Wea Intl. 
              He just finished an album for Coca Cola and Disney and will be teaching
